PropHeat provides UK property heat scores and planning intelligence. Data is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Data Usage Limits

Each plan has a monthly postcode query limit. Excess usage may be throttled or require an upgrade. API rate limits apply.

Limitation of Liability

PropHeat is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data. We are not liable for decisions made based on our data.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
